Hey there, sorry for the wait on the response!

Shadow manipulation basically, at level 1, allows a character to shape their shadow into anything and have it attack. Conceivably he could have it keep human shape and beat people up or turn it into a blade (one he doesn't even have to hold -- he could control it mentally). He could make projectiles, too. The limit is the amount of shadow available. Level 1 can only control their own shadow. In bright light, that may only give them a sliver of material to work with, but in dim light they might have quite a lot. Also, only one shadow can be controlled at a time, so he could only craft ONE sword, or ONE shadow ball. With higher levels he can control more shadows at once and be less effected by lighting conditions, as well as creating familiars out of shadow that have intelligence of their own. :)

If the two were in a room together, one could read the other's screen. Over the network, they could copypaste text or "link" anything made over the normal nextwork. IC Inbox voice and video stuff they'd have to play for them in person since it's a private log, BUT he could, say, have that log open in one window on screen and his conversation with Credo in other, play the log of Diva's video/voice commentary, and have the bracelet pick up the audio while Cheriour is communicating with voice or video.

So it'd be like playing a YouTube video in one window and skyping in the other and having the people you're skyping with hear the music from the video.

Fore future reference though, separate log threads in an open log do count separately!

Any robot characters need to be as easily harmed as humans. It's fine for them to be made of inorganic or synthetic material, but resistance to injury counts as an unfair advantage as well.

It's probably best to use "Data Roxas" so it isn't punctuation. :) You can say his name comes up ICly as "???" though!

Sorry we were so late to this! As a rule you do have to wait til the AC period is up so that your character's actually been in game for the two or four months required. :) You're fine for Cas, but just for future reference everyone's welcome to submit a little early if they'd like and we'll just wait to approve it til the time has passed.

Hey there!

First, damage drain can work on the damage caused by illness and poison, but not precisely remove the problem itself. For example, if a character had an illness that rotted the lungs, the damage drain user could take the lung rot onto themselves, but the virus or bacteria that caused it would still be inside the patient. Essentially, they could do something like halving the damage so that both the damage drain user and the person having it used on them stayed alive long enough for regular medicine or Sigyn's healing to save them both. Blood loss and other such things do count as drainable damage!

For your last question, power lending & power transfer work somewhat like electrical power boosts. Imagine that every Traveller has a battery within them that fuels their powers. When the batter is too low, they won't be able to use their powers again (and draining it 100% could cause death). Power lenders are able to take energy from their own battery and refill someone else's battery with it. Power transfer users are able to sap energy from one person's battery and give it to another, but they can't refill their own. Heimdall's Power Lending can provide more energy to the person it's being used on than Freya's Power Transfer, but Power Transfer damages an enemy's reserves at the same time.

If Castiel & Nakama were to work together, Castiel would be able to take significantly more damage onto himself before just running out of energy. It would enable him to do more delicate work, as well. As it is, it'd take more energy to half-heal 10 cuts than full-heal them, since he'd have to be more precise. With Nakama's reserves in addition to his own, he'd able to do more accurate work and more work in general, which may allow him to save more lives without giving up his own. :)

Hey there!

This is a really close case, but unfortunately we're going to have to say no. It is really borderline, but due to the nature of the canon and the close involvement of the cast, the two characters would be forced to double-up on CR and be involved in much of the same plotting. Even if their canon points left them unlikely to interact when they come in, it wouldn't be likely to last.

Hey there, it's no problem! The helpers usually process level 2 apps quickly because they don't have the individual nature of the level 3 essays, so yes the level 3 ones usually get done by another mod later. We'll get them asap!

Yes you may! I think his journal might have been one of the ones that got swept from the comms for not being on the taken list, so if possible make sure he's on the lists properly asap, but otherwise you're good!

Hi there! As long as it's an alternate timeline entirely (you couldn't app her from a later canon point on her main timeline, for example), it should be just fine!

Hey there! Character growth and CR is more important than actively using the power, yes. He'd be just fine to level up without having ever actually used it if he meets the activity/development requirements (which sound fine from what you've said).
