Hey there, and thank you for your questions! Our app team reviewed your first question, and we determined that the replicas in Kingdom Hearts would count as duplicates and would not be applicable to the game.

As for your second question, a character that is never shown speaking in an intelligible language would not be considered applicable to the game as well. Given the limited information about how the character speaks or behaves, any portrayal of them would rely heavily on headcanon, which does not meet our minimum requirement for building a well-rounded personality and background.

I would argue Alpha's a very prominent character in his quest line and you can definitely see his personality throughout the story (and interactions with others) without having to rely on headcanon. However, since he cannot speak, I can understand why he can be inapplicable in that aspect.
