The application processing team reviewed your character's canon materials and determined there is not enough established information to make your character applicable in this game. The Mortal Kombat games as a series do not have a consistent enough line of storytelling to follow, and information about the characters varies from game to game. Our rule for applicable characters states that they must have a certain amount of "screen time" in which the character appears as themselves, and any application that is largely headcanon will be rejected. This was determined to be the case for Sonya Blade as a character.
